BLUEBERRY PANNA COTTA

A smooth, creamy Italian dessert accented with a sweet blueberry topping

Fruttose Blueberry Filling & Topping 60%

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients A

  • 250g Whipping Cream 
  • 30g Sugar                   
  • 200g Fruttose Blueberry Filling & Topping

Ingredients B

  • 5g Gelatine              
  • 15g Water                  

 

METHOD

  1. Double boil ingredients A until 70°C and blend it.
  2. Double boil ingredients B until melt.
  3. Add ingredients B into ingredients A and mix well.
  4. Pour into dessert cup and chill in chiller.

 

**The blueberry filling can be replaced with mango, jackfruit and pineapple by adding the same portion of filling into the recipe.
