INGREDIENTS
Brownies
- 190g dark chocolate
- 120g salted butter
- 2 eggs (Grade A/B) (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cheese (topping)
- 250g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 egg (Grade A/B)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Fruttose Blueberry Filling & Topping
📌 Baking pan size 8 inch
📌 Preheat the oven & bake the brownies at 160° for 30-35 minutes. And bake cheese layer (top heat), 140°, 15-20 minutes.
METHOD
- Microwave or double boiled dark chocolate with salted butter until fully melted.
- Combine eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the warm chocolate butter mixture into the egg mixture, and whisk until combined.
- Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk until combined. Don’t overmix.
- Pour into 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°, for 30-35 minutes.
- Prepare the cream cheese layer. Combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth/combined.
- When the brownies are ready, pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownies. Piping the Fruttose Blueberry Filling & Topping and bake again (top heat), at 140° for 15-20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
