CHOCOLATE JACKFRUIT POUND CAKE
A combination of rich chocolate and sweet jackfruit in a bite
INGREDIENTS
- 500g of salted butter
- 300g of icing sugar
- 100g of trehalose
- 10 eggs (A Size)
- 350g of all purpose flour
- 3g of baking powder
- 100g of cocoa powder
- 650g of Fruttose Jackfruit Filling & Topping
METHOD
- Mix well all ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes with temparature 180°C.
