JACKFRUIT SCONE
A buttery, crumbly pastry infused with the tropical sweetness of jackfruit
INGREDIENTS

- 135g Butter
- 80g Sugar
- 1g Salt

Ingredients C
- 80g Sweet Milk
- 475g Low Flour
- 35g Milk Powder
Ingredients D
- 9g Baking Powder
- 40g Mix Fruit
Ingredient E
- 250g Fruttose Jackfruit Filling & Topping
Ingredient F
METHOD
- Mix ingredients A & D with hand.
- Add in ingredients B & C and mix well.
- Add ingredient E and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough flat for 1-inch thick, then cut with 2-inch diameter round cutter.
- Egg wash with ingredient F twice and bake at 200°C (upper) 180°C (lower) for 20-25 minutes.
- Served with Fruttose Jackfruit Filling & Topping.
