MANGO CRÈME BRULEE

Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping 85%

INGREDIENTS

Ingredient A

  • 60g of egg yolk
  • 20g of whole egg
  • 40g of castor sugar
  • 150g of Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping

Ingredients B

  • 200g of whipping cream
  • 200g of fresh cream
  • Vanilla Essence

 

METHOD

  1. Mix well all ingredients A.
  2. Boil ingredients B until 70°C and add into ingredients A.
  3. Pour into ceramic bowl.
  4. Steam bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes with temperature 150°C
