MANGO CRÈME BRULEE
A velvety mango custard with the perfect caramelized crust
INGREDIENTS
Ingredient A
- 60g of egg yolk
- 20g of whole egg
- 40g of castor sugar
- 150g of Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping
Ingredients B
- 200g of whipping cream
- 200g of fresh cream
- Vanilla Essence
METHOD
- Mix well all ingredients A.
- Boil ingredients B until 70°C and add into ingredients A.
- Pour into ceramic bowl.
- Steam bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes with temperature 150°C
