A pillowy softness of marshmallow with tropical delight of mango
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients A
- 220g of sugar
- 50g of glucose
- 100g of water
Ingredients B
- 9g of meringue powder
- 150g of Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping
Ingredients C
- 11g of gelatin
- 50g of cold water
Flour Mixing
- 200g of icing sugar
- 100g of corn flour
METHOD
- Boil ingredients A until 125°C.
- Whip well ingredients B.
- Double boil ingredients C.
- Combine ingredients A & B.
- After cool down, add in ingredients C.
- Pour the mix flour on the mold, put the marshmallow, pour the mix flour again and put into freezer.
