MANGO PANNA COTTA

Creamy panna cotta with a luscious mango twist

Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping 85%

INGREDIENTS

  • 300ml full cream milk or fresh milk
  • 200 ml dairy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup Fruttose Mango filling & topping (blend until smooth)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder + 3 tbsp cold water

 

METHOD

  1. Combine gelatin powder and cold water. Let it bloom for a while.
  2. Pour the fresh milk, dairy whipping cream, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and Fruttose Mango filling & topping into a saucepan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook on low heat. Then, add in the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the panna cotta mixture into 4 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until completely set.
  4. Once set, top with Fruttose Mango filling & topping.
  5. Ready to serve.
