1/3 cup Fruttose Mango filling & topping (blend until smooth)
1 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder + 3 tbsp cold water
METHOD
Combine gelatin powder and cold water. Let it bloom for a while.
Pour the fresh milk, dairy whipping cream, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and Fruttose Mango filling & topping into a saucepan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook on low heat. Then, add in the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the panna cotta mixture into 4 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until completely set.
Once set, top with Fruttose Mango filling & topping.
