RASPBERRY CHEESE TART

A perfect balance of creamy cheese and raspberries in a buttery tart shell

Fruttose Raspberry Filling & Topping 60%

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g of cream cheese

  • 50g of icing sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Ready-baked tart skin

  • Fruttose Raspberry Pie Filling & Topping

 

METHOD

  1. Beat the cream cheese with icing sugar until well combined.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla essence and flour. Mix well & lastly add lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Provide a piping bag. Fill with cream cheese batter.
  4. Prepare the tart shell & place a teaspoon of Fruttose Raspberry Pie Filling & Topping.
  5. Then squeeze the cream cheese. Add a little more Fruttose Raspberry Pie Filling & Topping to the surface of the cream cheese.
  6. Bake the cheese tart in a preheated oven at 150 °c for 10 minutes.
