Set aside some berries for trifle topping.
Microwave Fruttose Mixed Berry Filling & Topping for 1 minute until hot. Toss with fresh berries. Let it sit while you prepare the rest, stirring occasionally.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a bowl. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and a third of whipped cream. Fold in the rest.
Layer ladyfingers, Fruttose Mixed Berry Filling & Topping mix, and cream in a trifle dish. End with cream cheese on top.
Garnish with fresh berries and mint (if desired).
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving
